Tipping Point Leadership Advisory
& Talent Solutions

There’s almost always more capacity in people and organisations than they’ve had the chance to discover.

Most leaders know this. They sense the gap between where they are and where they could be — in themselves, in their teams, and across their organisations. The question is rarely whether the gap exists. It’s how to identify it clearly enough to take the steps to close it.

Tipping Point works with senior leaders, teams and organisations to turn potential into performance

Our work is bespoke, evidence-based, and built around your specific situation - not just a framework applied to it.

We’re a strong fit if…

  • Stylised abstract shapes in pale blue.

You’re a senior leader who has outgrown your current operating model

The skills that got you here aren’t the ones you need now. The higher you go, the less your technical expertise differentiates you — and the more everything depends on how you lead, decide, and influence. We work with you on exactly that.

  • Stylised abstract semicircles in light brown.

Your team has the talent but not the performance

The individuals are capable. The collective isn’t delivering. Something in the dynamic is getting in the way — and it’s rarely what it looks like on the surface. We work with leadership teams to identify what’s actually happening and build the conditions for sustained high performance.

  • Two dark brown semicircles stacked vertically on a white background.

You’re making critical talent decisions without the data to back them

Succession, deployment, development — most organisations make these calls on instinct and relationship. That works until it doesn’t. Through TalentJam, we give organisations a clear, evidence-based picture of the capability they have and what it would take to grow it.

  • Stylised abstract horseshoe shape in red.

Your organisation is performing - but not at the level you know it’s capable of

Growth has stalled, targets are being met but not exceeded, or the same problems keep resurfacing despite repeated attempts to fix them. The issue is rarely effort. It’s usually clarity — about where capability lives, where it’s missing, and what needs to change structurally.

Leadership Advisory

Senior leaders rarely lack capability. What they often lack is a trusted thinking partner who understands their world, will tell them the truth, and has the depth to work through what’s actually at stake. Our leadership advisory and executive coaching work is one-to-one, confidential, and built entirely around your specific situation. No frameworks imposed. No generic advice. Just rigorous, evidence-based work on the decisions, transitions, and dynamics that matter most to your performance and your future.

High Performance

High performing teams don’t happen by accident — and they rarely fail for the reasons that appear on the surface. We work with leadership teams to identify what’s actually driving performance, surface the dynamics that are getting in the way, and build the conditions for sustained collective effectiveness. The work is diagnostic before it’s developmental — because the right intervention depends entirely on what’s actually going on.

Talent Jam

Most organisations have more capability in their people than they can see. TalentJam gives organisations the data infrastructure to change that — building a clear, evidence-based picture of the skills and capability they already have, where the gaps are, and what it would take to close them. The result is talent decisions made on evidence rather than instinct, and a talent strategy that keeps pace with organisational ambition. Learn More >

     AND Architect

Most advisors work at one level - the individual, the team or the organisation.

The insight that drives Tipping Point is that high performance at any one level is shaped by conditions at all three. A leader’s effectiveness is inseparable from the team they operate in. A team’s performance is inseparable from the organisational systems around it.

Tipping Point is built to work across all three - advising and developing leaders individually, building the conditions for high performance in teams, and giving organisations the data infrastructure to see and develop capability at scale through TalentJam.

About Us

Catherine Andersen - with short white hair, glasses, and a cheerful smile, sitting on a white sofa in a modern living room. She is wearing a beige blazer, white shirt, and black pants.

Tipping Point was founded on a simple observation: the most interesting challenges in leadership development show up at both the individual and organisational level, and the two are rarely addressed together.

Catherine Andersen has spent three decades working at that intersection. Her work spans executive coaching, leadership advisory, and talent development - with individuals, teams, and organisations navigating the moments that matter most: leadership transitions, succession planning, and performance challenges that resist straightforward solutions.

Tipping Point works in partnership with Reframe Coaching and Leadership on executive development and team programs. As a Strategic Partner with Next Generation Performance, we bring a high performance lens grounded in neuroscience to our leadership and team work. Catherine also serves as Managing Director of TalentJam, an online skills intelligence platform - extending the practice’s reach from individual and team development to organisational capability at scale.
